Shipping will be calculated at check out.
Wholesale shipping rates will be calculated at time of purchase.
Shipping your order could take up to 10 - 14 business days depending on volume.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you item not be successfully delivered to you and is returned to Fired Up Naturals- you will be charged an additional delivery charge to re-ship your item(s)
Fired Up Naturals are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that candles are heavy and the shipping charges outside of Canada may be pretty high.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be totally thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. We need you to let us know about your return within 7 days, in its original condition. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or broken please email us: email@example.com so that we can discuss a replacement, alternative or refund for you.
We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so you have proof of shipping in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance to cover the item(s), especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before throwing out packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company while waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in Canadian Dollars. Fired Up Naturals cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure as to the size, condition or any other aspect of the item being purchased, as we do our best to ensure that you will be fully thrilled with your order.
We will accept returns (or provide an exchange where possible) but, in any event, a refund will only be available if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. In the event that any item is returned for refund it must be in a fully saleable condition, having been returned in the same condition in which it left us, and you must pay the cost of sending goods back. Upon satisfactory receipt of any returns we will make a refund of the purchase price paid for the item, but will not refund either the cost of delivery charged by us or the cost for you to return the item.
